The travel company is not responsible for denied boarding due to any incomplete documentation.

Pricing & Surcharges

Any prices may vary due to:

• Government taxes
• Increase or decrease of fuel surcharges
• Peak season demand

Any such increase will be communicated before final confirmation of your packages.

Liability & Responsibility

• The travel company acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Act of God

In case of unavoidable circumstances, such as any natural disasters, government protocols, political issues, or pandemics, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary without liability beyond recoverable amounts from suppliers.

Customer Conduct

Travelers are expected to:

• Respect local laws and customs of the place you visit.
• Maintain proper behavior during your tours, whether it’s domestic or international.
• Avoid causing damage to the property or inconvenience to others.

Any misconduct may result in termination of services without any refund.
